Yes. But the
emails can only be retrieved via dialup. You cannot access these
emails from the web. The mail space provided for this service is also
10Mb.

Is JNICT equipped with Spam filtering capability? |

Yes. Our mail
servers are equipped with the Anti-Spam technology. Thus, the mails
that are found to be Spam are tagged with [POSSIBLE_SPAM] subject
line. Users can use their email client's filtering capability to
filter all the emails with this subject tag to some junk folder.

Is JNICT equipped with Antivirus Software? |

Yes. The mail
servers of JNICT have Antivirus installed. The latest virus updates are
updated daily. The system Antivirus module will inform the sender
about the type of virus threat in their emails.

How can I view my Internet usage online? |

You can logon to http://www.htp.com.np
and check your Internet usage online by
providing your username and password.

Why do I receive warning most of the time I change my password through
JNICT Website? |

The errors and
warnings about the password are there for the security reasons. Our
Password Changing module will not accept short and easy passwords. So
try using alphabets and numeric combination when changing your
password.

How can I send email in Nepali? |

Logon to http://www.htp.com.np
and enter our "Send Mail in Nepali" module. You have to
provide your email address (through which you are going to send email)
just before you enter the send mail system. Please use a valid email
address as the receiver of the email might reply to you in that
address.
